The Police have strongly condemned the brutal killing of the Chairman of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association Of Nigeria, MACBAN, in Benue State, Ardo Rabo Mohammed, and one Yakubu Isa by gunmen.

The Miyetti Allah Cattle Braders, also is the Ardo of Fulani in Otukpo, and one Yakubu, were attacked by unknown assailant(s) while returning from a security meeting, organized by the Divisional Police Officer of Otukpo.

The two victims were killed along Okwudu Ogoli road in Otukpo, in Otukpo Local Govt Area of Benue.

The Benue State Police Commissioner, CP Cletus Nwadiaogu, in a statement by the Public Relations Officer, Udeme Edet, expressed deep concern over the incident, extended condolences to the families of the deceased and all those affected by this tragic loss.

The CP assured the public that the Command has commenced full-scale investigation into the incident, promising that all the perpetrators will be apprehended and brought to justice, urging members of the public to remain calm and law-abiding, appeals to anyone with credible information to assist the Police.
