The Nigerian Security Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, have continued to fortify their security network for the Saturday, August 15 governorship election in Osun State.
Operatives of the Corps were deployed from several states to reinforce the Police, DSS, Army and others in securing Osun State for free, fair and credible election.
The personnel, arriving Osun State, were briefed on professionalism, strict adherence to the Rules of Engagement, discipline, respect for citizens’ rights and absolute non-partisanship, so as to reinforce public confidence.

Accordingly, NSCDC officials joined other security agencies for a show of force, demonstrating unity, readiness and collective commitment to a peaceful electoral process.
