The minister of aviation Olorogun Festus Keyamo, has directed the immediate suspension of the operations of Dana Airlines pending a comprehensive audit of the fleet of the airline.
The directive follows the crashlanding of the airline’s plane which was Abuja bound from the Lagos airport on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. The directive to suspend the operations of the airline was conveyed by the permanent secretary, Dr Emmanuel Meribole to the director general of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, NACA.
