In the time past, Shehu Sani could have been in the frontline of agitation of whatever form of impropriety or fraud in the country, for which he now condemns those who do so.

 

In a seeming innuendo, Shehu Sani fired a salvo covertly at the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in the 2027 general elections, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, over the suit in the U.S. against President Bola Tinubu.

 

According to Shehu Musa, "The ADC flag bearers should focus and spend their time in seeking for votes from the Nigerians they want to lead; and not seeking for validation from President Trump or the EU or dissipating their energy and resting their hopes in the illusive search for easy road to power from the US justice Department.

 

"They should convince Nigerians on what they can do differently, instead of wasting their time, scanning graveyards and exhuming corpses in the US, in search of talisman and treasures for political advantage in Nigeria."
