Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has reiterated his commitment of ensuring President Bola Tinubu gets over two million votes from the state in the 2027 presidential election.

The governor, at a stakeholders meeting with All Progressives Congress, APC, members, including recent decamped members of other parties in Esan Central Local Government Area, solicited collective actions to deliver Edo State to the president.

The governor, addressing stakeholders and members of the Arewa community at his hometown in Esan land, stressed on the need for the party to deliver over two million votes, as promised the president. Chairman of the Arewa community promised to ensure they deliver votes in 2027.
