The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Ogun State, Solomon Adeola, widely known as YAYI, is widening consultations with notable party members in Ogun State, and initiating reconciliation with governorship aspirants who lost in the primary election.

According to Yayi, "I met with key stakeholders, political stalwarts and APC chieftains from Sagamu LGA.

"The meeting focused on issues and strategies for upcoming electoral campaigns this year and election next year. We are moving forward for total victory for all APC candidates. My team included Prince Segun Adesegun, former Deputy Governor Senator Lekan Mustapha, Senator Gbenga Kaka, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi, SSG and Yemi Adelani, APC State Organising Secretary.

"The crucial meeting had in attendance Hon. Funmi Efuwape, candidate for the Remo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives; Mr. Ola Oresanya, Commissioner for Environment; Hon. Afolabi Odulate, Chairman of Sagamu Local Government; and Ogbeni Rotimi Omotayo, the APC Chairman in Sagamu. Other notable attendees were Alhaji Adebayo Apelogun, National President of ACOMORAN and Otunba Taofeek Shokoya, Chairman of AMORAN in Ogun State, among several other distinguished leaders."
