Dangote Refinery Increases Lifting Price Of Petrol To N1,200/Litre

Dangote Refinery increased lifting price of petrol from its depot from N1,185 to N1,200 per litre, effective August 26, 2026, indicating N15 increase. This is the second increase in a few days, after the company earlier adjusted price from N1,165 to N1,185. Apparently, the pump price of petrol may exceed N1,200 per litre as marketers would create their profit margin, including additional downstream costs.
