The police arrested a kidnapper in Edo State, less than 0ne week a victim was abducted by a four-man kidnap gang at the popular vegetable market along Airport Road, Benin City.

The Edo State Police Command paraded one of the arrested suspects, alongside other suspects arrested for various offences.

Governor Okpebholo, stormed the Edo State Police Command after receiving news of the arrested kidnap suspect and the rescue of the victim. He recalled how he instructed the police commissioner to get the suspects before the breakthrough.

The governor promised to set up a special court for kidnapping and Cultism cases, as the Edo police commissioner commended the efforts of all stakeholders.
