The house, however, commended the executive for holding South Africa accountable through available diplomatic channels.

The House also pledged to consider important bills such as the Petroleum Industry Governance Bill and the bill prohibiting estimated billing in the power sector.

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Honorable Femi Gbajabiamila in an address said the decision was taken to put a permanent stop to the unfairness created by an unreliable system.

Gbajabiamila also dissolved all ad-hoc Committees urging their leadership to hand over to standing Committees by September 30th.

He urged member of the house to diligently carry out their duties as stipulated in the oath of allegiance.
