The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has uncovered another hidden stash of foreign and local currencies in Lagos.

 The cash which was uncovered in a four-bedroom apartment on the 7^th floor of a residential building at Osborne Towers in Ikoyi totaled $43.4 million, 27.800 Pounds and N23.2 million.

The commission revealed in a post on it Facebook page that the cash was discovered as a result of an operation which was triggered by a whistle blower who alerted its Lagos office on Wednesday.

The whistle blower was said to have noticed suspicious movements around the building.

The facility is reportedly owned by Osborne Towers Assoiciation.
