Nigerian Pupils, Team Nigeria, made a historic achievement, winning the Gold Award in the Middle School Group Category at the 2026 Spelling Bee World Cup in Shanghai, China.
The four-member Team at the global competition, outclassed other participating countries to win the global spelling competition.
The Team qualified after winning the Nigeria Spelling Bee and the African Spelling Bee Championships.
