Faleke Urges Civil Servants To Uphold Integrity In Promoting National Development
Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Finance, James Faleke, has urged civil servants to uphold integrity and due process in promoting national development.
Faleke, at the launch of The Nigerian Legislature: A Practical Guide for Lawmakers, in Abuja, authored by retiring Clerk of the House Committee on Finance, Oscar Okoro, described Okoro as a dedicated and hardworking public servant, whose commitment to service should inspire younger generations.
Also, Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Abubakar Saidu, and House Spokesman, Akin Rotimi, commended Okoro’s professionalism, integrity and contributions to the National Assembly.
Okoro attributed his success to hard work, patience and humility, and said he would devote his retirement to legal practice, consultancy and mentoring young people.
