Justin Bieber’s neighbors can breathe a sigh of relief: the singer is out, and Khloé Kardashian is in.
 
The reality TV star has purchased Bieber’s infamous mansion in Calabasas, California, Yahoo confirms. You know, the house where all the alleged egging, neighbor confrontations, and late-night parties took place. The pop star bought the 10,000-square-foot residence in 2012 for a reported $6.5 million.

Kardashian, 29, sold the home she shared with Lamar Odom to Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting for $5.49 million back in January, one month after filing for divorce.

Khloé already knows some of her soon-to-be neighbors pretty well. Her sister Kourtney and Scott Disick will be right down the street with their kids, Mason, 4, and 18-month-old Penelope! The family recently purchased Keyshawn Johnson’s home.

Johnson and Bieber clashed after the “Confident” singer sped his white Ferrari through the 25-mph zone while the former NFL player was outside with his 3-year-old daughter.

Though the Kardashians have their fair share of drama, they save it for the cameras. Just don’t expect to see the exterior of Khloé’s new digs on “KUWTK.”

As for Justin Bieber, he is currently living in Atlanta, where new drama has already begun.
