One of the major problems affecting Nigeria,s democracy have been attributed to the electoral umpire which is the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC.

This was disclosed by the African Democratic Congress  ADC during its state congress to elect new leaders of the party.

Fielding questions from journalists shortly after the exercise, the National Chairman of the party Ralph Nwosu blamed the electoral umpire for not getting elections right in the country, as the state chairman harps on transparency in their dealings.
