The scene where the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, frustrated voters from being registered for the 2027 elections is well illustrated in this video.

The report shows INEC officials deployed for Continuous Voters Registration, CVR, in Enugu State, may have subjected residents of the state to difficulties in obtaining PVCs after long hours at the CVR venue. Residents agitated that INEC officials allegedly "attended to only a few people, leaving a large number of people, then, decided to pack and close for the day."

Some were heard saying they were there since 10.00am, yet, were not reregistered at the time the INEC officials were closing for the day.
